On May 28, 2026, I had a seafood platter from Crawfish Town, USA. The meal included fried catfish, fried shrimp, french fries, stuffed shrimp, and crawfish boulette. The fried catfish tasted delicious, the fried shrimp tasted good, but it was too thick. I did not like the texture of the stuffed shrimp, and I did not like the crawfish boulette at all. I would give this meal 3/5 stars.
